chore: set Java generator releaseVersion to 2.9.2 - #33407

Client versions are {apiVersion}-rev{revision}-{releaseVersion}, and only
versions not yet on Maven Central are released. Bumping releaseVersion gives
every client a new version so all clients are re-released with
google-api-client 2.9.2.

Apply the releaseVersion 2.9.2 change from #33407 to compute. The generated diff only changes the version strings, but code-suggester cannot open this PR because the four Compute.java files (~12 MB each) exceed the size limit of GitHub's create-tree API.

Client versions are
{apiVersion}-rev{revision}-{releaseVersion}, and the release job only publishes versions that aren't on Maven Central yet.releaseVersionhas stayed at2.0.0whilebaseClientLibrarymoved on, so the google-api-client 2.9.2 update (#33087) only ships when an API's revision changes. Most clients on Maven Central still depend on 2.7.2.Setting
releaseVersionto2.9.2gives every client a new version (e.g.v1-rev20261009-2.9.2), so all of them get regenerated and re-released with google-api-client 2.9.2. It also restores the pre-2022 convention wherereleaseVersionmatchedbaseClientLibrary.Output folders stay
clients/<library>/<version>/2.0.0. Only the pom version, the README snippet and the version string in the API class change.
