Move the docs level to docs-2026.5 - #19

docs-2026.5 is idfkit-js at the merge of #62, which renamed the npm facade from idfkit to @idfkit/idfkit. The eight vendored examples that imported the facade now import it under that name, so the TypeScript examples agree with the install instructions #18 changed. The TypeDoc reference also carries #60 and #61, the two idfkit-js merges since docs-2026.4.
