Release 0.7.0: ModelSpec now comes from modelmatrix (#72).

• CHANGELOG.md: ## Unreleased becomes ## 0.7.0 (2026-10-26). The section covers:
  • Breaking: intercept defaults to False, as 0.6.0 announced.
  • Changes: ISLP depends on modelmatrix>=0.3, and ISLP.models, ISLP.models.model_spec, ISLP.models.columns and ISLP.transforms are modelmatrix's.
  • Bug fix: stepwise selection with a wildcard.
• docs/source/docs_version.json: library v0.7.0. Labs stay v2.2.5.

The labs are unaffected for now. ISLP_labs v2.2.5 pins ISLP==0.5.0. Before they move to 0.7, 25 of their 36 ModelSpec calls need intercept=True. Readers who follow the docs' unpinned uv pip install ISLP will get 0.7.0.

The docs link to modelmatrix's site. Those links return 404 until modelmatrix's docs are deployed.

Checks: uv build of this branch gives a pure-Python wheel and an sdist that require modelmatrix>=0.3.

After merging:

1. Wait for main's CI.
2. Tag v0.7.0 on the merge commit.
3. Build from a clean clone of the tag, then run twine check and a smoke test in a fresh venv.
4. Upload to PyPI.
5. Make the GitHub release "ISLP 0.7.0": the PyPI link, then the 0.7.0 section of the changelog.
