Add
ResetStateSamplerfor tasks that select starts from fixed procedural or cached-state catalogs. It records completed outcomes against previous row assignments before drawing replacements, supports startup/partial-reset masks, and preserves assignments in untouched environments. Physical state generation, restoration and persistence remain with the task.Reuse the existing
SuccessMonitorand move NIST's weighted sampler and Beta/uniform strategies toisaaclab_tasks.utils.sampling. Existing NIST import paths remain compatibility aliases, and their sampling behavior is preserved. API documentation includes reset ordering and evaluation guidance; a minor-version changelog fragment covers the new public API.Validation
