Make the settings cluster friendlier for first-time users: plain Options page subtitle, Formats vs Profiles vs Reports vs Session Settings hint, auto-save/Tweaks tip, clearer Formats/Profiles card copy, Formats and Profiles page hints, empty Profiles state, and only-on-one-side report wording instead of orphans jargon.
