Nothing is injected outside `nuxt dev`.

The button installs only for a browser on the machine that runs `nuxt dev`. Other devices can reach a dev server bound to the network (for example with `--host`), or through a tunnel. There the install is refused, and the panel shows the command to run yourself.

## Turning it off

- `devtools: false` (or `devtools: { enabled: false }`) in `nuxt.config` disables both the button and DevTools.

Do not treat a forwarded browser request as server-machine consent.

When a browser opens http://localhost:<forwarded-port> through SSH port forwarding, the dev server can see a loopback socket and a localhost Host. The browser also sends a matching Origin. This callback then approves an install from a browser that is not on the dev server’s machine, without the upstream terminal confirmation. Keep an explicit approval step for this case; socket address and Host alone cannot distinguish it from a local browser. (code.visualstudio.com)

Review comment at @packages/devtools-onboard/src/module.ts at line 80:
Update the onConfirm callback so it does not automatically approve installs from
browser requests; require explicit approval through the upstream terminal
confirmation, since loopback socket, Host, and matching Origin do not establish
that the browser is on the server machine.
