An open, vendor-neutral engineering community for making software operable on Kubernetes. AI/ML infrastructure is the first market, not a technical boundary.
Thesis: generating infrastructure code is cheap. Determining the correct architecture, and proving the result behaves correctly under failure, is not.
Capabilities are declared. Resilience is demonstrated.
ReconcileBench — a scenario library, status-contract oracle, and agent loop above existing perturbation engines (operator-chaos, envtest, chainsaw). Defect discovery, not certification. Not a new chaos engine.
A small number of production controllers, one at a time, that prove the pipeline on real external systems.
Agent Skills so someone can describe a tool in English and get a scaffolded operator — after the greenfield example has been replayed.
