agy 1.2.7 reads its data directory from
ANTIGRAVITY_APP_DATA_DIR; #116 only honouredANTIGRAVITY_CLI_HOME(the name in the issue). Both are honoured now, CLI_HOME first. refs plannotator/herdr-annotate#70
