Summary

Update folder documentation for the query setting and tier: all. Add the safeguard for a new Markdown note moved before Marfa writes its marfa_id line: the destination creates a second item and keeps every edit.

Companion implementation: withmarfa/marfa#2371.

Changes

• Rename folder settings in guides and CLI, YAML, and Swift examples; leave the historical changelog unchanged.
• Explain both-tier files, new-file tier defaults, and preservation when an item's tier leaves the query.
• Sync OpenAPI, the glossary, type catalog, CLI references, contract index, and release references from the companion Marfa worktree using scripts/sync-from-marfa.sh.

Testing

• pnpm test: 698 tests passed.
• pnpm build, pnpm build:status, and pnpm types:check: passed.
• Content lint and command checks: 71 tests passed.
• Searched every current page for stale folder search, FolderSearch, and --search references; none remain outside historical changelog content.

Notes for reviewers

Documentation-only change; no new runtime test was needed. Checked the wording against the companion implementation and contract, including folders/moved-arrival-markdown-new. Generated files were written by the sync script. Keep this pull request in draft and unmerged until the companion change is ready to publish.
