What's in this PR?
Adds a read-only Sales app for Administrators and Talent Managers, available on the Sales subdomain and through the Work Sales tab. The metadata-driven Salesforce report includes global search, field filtering, sorting, pagination, manual refresh and visible-tab auto-refresh, with loading, stale-data, authorization and incomplete-report states.
Uses the shared August 2026 design foundations, semantic colors, typography, buttons and inputs. Includes the dev CloudFront routing source and deployment/rollback notes. Salesforce credentials remain in the Reports API.
Companion API: topcoder-platform/reports-api-v6#158
Validation:
yarn lintandLOGICAL_ENV=dev PUBLIC_URL=/sales-app yarn run buildpass; all 20 targeted Sales and Work navigation tests pass. Browser checks of the production build pass at desktop and mobile widths, including search, keyboard-focusable table scrolling and no page overflow or JavaScript errors. The build retains existing repository hook/bundle-size warnings.Dev preview: https://sales.topcoder-dev.com — requires an Administrator or Talent Manager account. Assets use the isolated
sales-app/prefix on the shared dev distribution.Live deployment check: CloudFront/DNS propagation completed. The deployed UI loaded all 15 columns from the real Reports API, rendered 25 of 124 rows, filtered Stage to seven Proposal records, and passed the mobile overflow check with no JavaScript errors. The browser used a short-lived dev test identity with a synthetic member profile. Anonymous access redirects to the standard Accounts login.
