Current goals, PR map and places to help: Maintained plain-English overview.

The overview explains the end goal, how the related PRs contribute, current blockers and concrete contribution opportunities. The original publication below remains historical context.

Change and mathematical scope

Publishes an archival source-and-review handoff for the three remaining H25 cache candidates: N22, P07 and P02. The package preserves 111 exact source/review files as inert snapshots, with a path/hash manifest and two independently claimable contribution tasks.

The N22/P07 local protocol and P02 local protocol have bounded independent agent source acceptance. P02's corrected dual-reference bridge design is accepted, but its bridge implementation remains outstanding. The G12 parent/consumer integration is explicitly rejected on an identity tuple/dictionary mismatch and first-error/descriptor-cleanup defects; the remaining source review is incomplete. Rejected code is included only as a repair starting point, not an accepted executable component.

The broader historical source-review evidence is outside this curated export and has not been replayed here. No new candidate acceptance, complete adoption, runtime/caller qualification, performance gain, kappa improvement or selected-frontier change is claimed. Original source work remains paused and these tasks are released for external contribution.

Task and overlap

Originating benchmark or verification contribution: PR #6029.

Explicit user-assigned continuation and contribution handoff; no new task was drawn. Base: 2485805. Head: ca9d90e. Tree: 561c23bddd935b87b99464c98d39e1c02084add2.

Only research/h25-cache-source-handoff is added (117 files, 4,378,685 bytes). Scope is refined from runtime optimization to preserving source components and requesting independent completion. The common frozen predecessor is PR6029 at e05aad9. Independently usable bounded-log and lossless-archive packages already exist in #6316 and #6317; neither is duplicated or a dependency. Fresh PR search for P02 returned no matches; h25/cache search surfaced earlier #5908 and #5972 among historical unrelated results. That bounded search is not a novelty claim.

Validation

cd research/h25-cache-source-handoff
sha256sum -c CHECKSUMS.sha256

Metadata-only preparation checked every copied byte/hash against its frozen original, all selected JSON documents, 53 direct G12-freeze/P02-source-pin references, 19 relative document links and the isolated added-file inventory. The public Git tree equals the locally checked tree. Original whitespace, earlier failed versions and review rejections remain preserved. Code has an additional .txt suffix; contents are unchanged.

This command checks archive integrity only; runtime is host dependent and no performance result is claimed. No target source import, helper, compiler, native/scientific run or decoder was executed for publication. No runtime replay is registered. The reference index explicitly marks other historical/out-of-scope dependencies outside this curated export. Reconstruct the relevant full closure before integration. The original local policy usage is 63.770533479/2400 seconds; complete physical costs and final metadata-publication tail remain unknown, not zero. The allowance is historical and not transferable to contributors. Hosted checks are pending at submission.

Credit

Chris R / Clear1nsight, with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. Exact source preserves predecessor, native, circuit/network and reviewer attribution, including Douglas R. Colkitt and the PR6029 lineage. Apache-2.0. Independent agent source reviews do not establish independent human or formal proof-kernel acceptance.

Open next questions

Please claim work in this PR conversation with your exact branch/head, files and bounded scope. See CONTRIBUTOR-TASKS.md:

  1. G12 / N22 and P07: repair the two known defects in a new successor, preserve first-primary and complete cleanup, then complete independent source review of the remaining branches and integration. Coordinate these two candidates under one owner.
  2. P02: implement the accepted v4 parent/adapter/consumer/driver bridge, preserving both original reference runs and post-both-writer retention ordering, then obtain independent source review. This lane can proceed separately.
  3. Review: independently review one exact frozen successor. Report established checks and unreviewed obligations; preserve original oracles, checks and full cost boundaries.

A focused repair or new concrete rejection is useful. Complete source adoption, actual execution, full-caller equality and measured gain remain separate obligations. Do not expand this source task into the extra accounting API already excluded by the scope clarification.

For branch h25-cache-source-handoff-20261031 and an upstream CrocSwap/integer-mult-bounds PR. Preserve accepted local protocols, accepted P02 bridge design and rejected G12 integration as inert source snapshots. Publish exact defects, source pins, limitations and independent contribution tasks. No target execution, adoption or performance claim.

Publication verification and contributor coordination

  • Exact published head: ca9d90e93dc495e1e5e5ef6d271ff1e4f089cd0c; tree 561c23bddd935b87b99464c98d39e1c02084add2 matches the locally checked tree. Only the 117 files in research/h25-cache-source-handoff are added. The PR is open and unmerged; maintainer branch access is disabled.
  • Hosted check: run 41164302741 completed at this exact head. plan passed; replay was skipped because this archival handoff registers no executable replay. This is not candidate/runtime acceptance.
  • Local archive check: all 116 entries in CHECKSUMS.sha256 passed the actual checksum command. The 111 preserved source/review files match their original content bytes. Source findings, original checks and predecessor attribution remain unchanged.
  • Contributors requested: the seven-field handoff is published and read back in the hub. Please claim either the coordinated N22/P07 G12 repair and review or the separate P02 bridge implementation and review here, with your branch/head and owned files. Exact tasks and acceptance boundaries.
  • Unchanged qualification: The N22, P07, and P02 source candidates remain open. Complete adoption, actual execution, full-caller validation, complete physical costs and measured gain remain outstanding. The local goal stays paused; publication grants no source credit or runtime budget.

Original H25 benchmark: PR #6029.

DONE — bounded P07/N22 G12 source increment; full original source gate remains OPEN.

Public artifacts:

  • Repair bounded G12 custody cleanup and publication-size checks #6346 at abff67b31fa781e950c82d95eccb6f168950943c: seven pre-acquisition error-ledger hoists, independent final known-pidfd release after failed observation, and exact integer publication-size validation. The 146-line proposal diff is reproduced byte-for-byte. Normal and optimized source controls pass: 41 source cases (including three retained unresolved preflight allocation witnesses) plus 94 separate byte/AST/diff checks.
  • Record G12 acquisition and raw-error delivery boundaries #6347 at 59140439e7f791876159e2f3838f1dead2e54953: the distinct acquisition/raw-error delivery boundary. It retains 19 exact windows from 11 pinned external files and 13 finite transition cases. A final naming correction distinguishes successful Python return from subsequent registration; the original 13 cases and witness claims are unchanged. The CPython source argument is conditional on actual implementation correspondence; the model is not C execution or target fault injection. The pre-capture raw-error interpretation and Python-known versus unreturned ownership distinction are explicit.

Both draft PRs target canonical 626e936ce4d61f2584316914fc71baf96940c512, with maintainer modification disabled. Exact remote trees and all intended added file blobs were read back. #6346 hosted run 41363888489 passed both plan and the actual bounded package replay. #6347 hosted run 41365279177 passed both plan and the actual bounded package replay at this exact head (attempt 1).

Reproduced on Python 3.12.3 using each package's scripts/research_package.py --package research/<package> registered normal/optimized hook, metadata/pin checks and scripts/check_research_commit.py. #6346 committed-byte preflight covered 98 package/input files; #6347 covered 12. No full target module import, H25/scientific/native run, real descriptor/process operation, provider acquisition or inherited budget use occurred.

Remaining blocker: preallocation alone cannot establish complete acquisition registration or guarantee capture/delivery of required raw exceptions through ordinary CPython paths. A journal can retain E/T while MemoryError reaches the caller. This is a specific insufficiency finding, not a theorem against all Python redesigns. The next bounded task is to qualify target implementation correspondence and the exact original observer boundary, then discharge the remaining acquisition/frame/traceback/handler/call-entry sites before composing a full journal. Any added runtime assurance or weaker outward-error contract must be explicit.

Original CP01-CP15, all 18 negative branches, both exports, uncached producer, 52 helper IDs, existing accepted-body count, original activity/component denominators and complete costs remain intact. No complete N22/P07 body credit, source adoption, authentic serializer qualification closure, full caller qualification, performance gain or kappa claim. Launch/handoff remain None; unknown physical/final costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO. P02 is unchanged.

Chris R / Clear1nsight with substantial OpenAI Codex and ChatGPT Pro assistance. Preserve unpaidmoon / Cursor Grok credit for #6339, PR6321/6029 contributors, Douglas R. Colkitt and retained source/reviewer lineage. The distinct AI review and finite controls do not establish independent human or proof-kernel acceptance.

This update records the two bounded artifacts and releases this increment; it is not a new claim, automatic next research round, grant, schedule or selection change.

Original H25 benchmark: PR #6029.

Resolved source questions are now published in two scoped draft PRs under the user's explicit publication instruction:

  • Clarify caught-primary preservation and accounting requirements #6351, head 1e9db2d08be4551ffe0bcfc573574851530eb4ca, tree c9dedd702d5146234c249f52ffe73a453eb77579: original G12 caught-primary/accounting scope. The retained source review does not add a universal interpreter allocation-equivalence proof or newly constructed enclosing financial API. Original transport/ownership/cleanup/raw-error/cost requirements and PR6347's conditional witnesses remain.
  • Resolve bootstrap entry, preflight and dependency source questions #6352, head b280be8dab15359159538e639b1d8c7deafc0612, tree 554dbac7e32aaf370a8cc13b06764452124b8062: genuine selected-driver Root entry, source-derived 217-file preflight, 29-dependency direct branch without compiler launch, legitimate independent original-input mode capture direction, and actual equal-content/no-op fixture distinctions. It retains 13 exact inert source copies and the exact remaining compiler-input closure edge; it does not claim a complete bootstrap-control campaign family.

Both use current canonical base 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a, one commit each, with maintainer edits disabled. Hosted attempt 1 plan and actual bounded replay passed: G12 run 41381713393, bootstrap-control campaign run 41381899172. Exact remote trees match the committed-byte-checked local trees. Local metadata/pins, normal/optimized registered commands and 10/23-file byte preflights passed; the verifiers retain 6 and 7 discriminating mutations respectively plus the bootstrap-control campaign finite inventory counterexample.

Reproduce each package in a separate checkout of its corresponding public head, Python 3.12:

python3 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/h25-g12-original-contract-scope
python3 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/h25-v03-source-prerequisites

Each registered command has a30-second timeout. These commands inspect JSON/AST/inert source bytes only; they do not import/run the archived Root/provider/producer, compile native code or execute original controls. The expected-dependency mode capture is a specified future preparation algorithm, not an executed/admitted implementation.

Next exact task: define and construct the independently complete original compiler-input closure project/system-header/include-search/macro/specs/compiler/link witness domain and its ordered source_files inventory. Correct listed hashes, nine categories, 215 Python-header rows and 29 dependency triples do not prove that domain exhausted. A new bounded Pro source-construction consultation is in progress on that question; it does not resume the closed bootstrap-control campaign round, grant original preparation/native execution, or adopt a new premise. Full bootstrap-control campaign, genuine intact/negative controls, caller/cost/runtime/qualification remain open.

Unknown physical/preparation/review/publication/final metadata costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO. No new scientific budget, source adoption, authentic serializer qualification/gain/kappa credit, merge or recurring schedule is implied.

Chris R / Clear1nsight with substantial OpenAI Codex source-audit/verification and ChatGPT Pro consultation assistance. Retain original source/reviewer and PR6321/6029/5864 lineage, unpaidmoon/Cursor Grok for PR6339, and Douglas R. Colkitt's circuit/network/native/verification attribution. Source/integrity replay and AI review are not human or proof-kernel acceptance.

Original H25 benchmark: PR #6029.

The resolved-question submissions and the bounded compiler-input closure Pro consultation are complete. This supplements the earlier two-PR handoff; its historical consultation-in-progress status is preserved.

Three separate draft contributions are now public:

PR Completed scope Exact submitted head
#6351 Original G12 caught-primary/bookkeeping and accounting-contract scope, with source evidence and tamper controls 1e9db2d08be4551ffe0bcfc573574851530eb4ca
#6352 bootstrap-control campaign genuine selected-driver entry, source-derived 217-file preflight and 29-dependency direct branch, plus unchanged-source/mode oracles b280be8dab15359159538e639b1d8c7deafc0612
#6354 New compiler-input closure fixed-source-root constructor and conditional ordinary no-PCH first-match prefix component b3771dbc5f713ba3e90170c1dc3321e653222c65

All three have one commit on canonical base 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a, maintainer edits disabled, exact title/body readback, and remote file/tree identity matching the locally checked committed bytes. The intended changes are 7, 21 and 19 added files respectively.

Each hosted attempt 1 completed successfully with both plan and actual bounded package replay, including unchanged committed inputs: G12 run 41381713393, bootstrap-control campaign run 41381899172, compiler-input closure run 41387009542. Local metadata/pins, registered normal/optimized commands and committed-byte preflights also passed.

The actual Pro consultation supplied a constructive route and the frozen pure implementation in #6354. Codex independently audited it and authored 53 controls that pass under normal and optimized Python. Six exact C/header path occurrences yield 20 literal include sites and the unchanged original argument list. The implementation is byte-identical to the supplied Pro code (438cdc6c8b003d9a1b6a41889d6ac2f3d5bed25f77b430cf3b5f63c36c4e4612). A stale-facts counterexample is deliberately retained: a certificate over supplied data does not authenticate the actual namespace.

The exact original cold_build_evidence.py body is now included inertly. Its Popen call has no explicit env or cwd keyword; actual inherited caller context remains unqualified. Six directly named system headers are not selected/content-bound by the existing Python-header profile. The package records those concrete gaps rather than assigning guessed installed paths.

Full compiler-input closure and the bootstrap-control campaign family remain open. Next dependency: bind the installed toolchain's applicable rules/source correspondence and actual caller context, then complete the relevant expansion rules and a genuine namespace/alias/currentness observer while preserving original custody and first-error requirements. Exact parent record limits, complete inventory fit and complete costs also remain open. The conditional prefix lemma does not cover every legal original configuration, and its refusal cases do not narrow the original task.

To reproduce the new enabling component at its exact public head with Python 3.12:

python3 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/h25-c05-source-roots
python3 -B scripts/check_research_commit.py --package research/h25-c05-source-roots

This separately timeboxed enabling unit does not restart the stopped bootstrap-control campaign round. Original Root/provider/helper/native/compiler/scientific work was not executed; only the new pure component and scoped source verifiers ran. Unknown physical, preparation, review, reporting, publication and final metadata costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO. No full authentic serializer qualification/gain/kappa credit or source adoption follows from publication.

Chris R / Clear1nsight with substantial OpenAI Codex implementation/verification and ChatGPT Pro consultation assistance. Retain original source/reviewer and PR6321/6029/5864 lineage, unpaidmoon/Cursor Grok for PR6339, and Douglas R. Colkitt's circuit/network/native/verification attribution. Source replay and AI review are not human or proof-kernel acceptance.

Original H25 benchmark: PR #6029.

Delivered the next compiler-input closure prerequisite in #6358 — Observe compiler-input closure namespace prefixes through owned descriptors. This follows the completed source-roots handoff; the older bootstrap-control campaign round remains closed.

  • Exact public head 84b0e70ba4da44b7904fe8d13903c26a3a8239e1, tree 5c9f311a0abb0b790de0e0a192c3daeddec1e878, canonical base 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a. One commit, ten new files, draft, maintainer edits disabled. Chrome submission and normalized title/body, all file blobs, sole parent and tree readbacks are verified.
  • Hosted run 41394202395 completed attempt 1 successfully: plan job 125111910328 and actual bounded replay job 125113260416, including unchanged committed inputs. Local metadata, four registered normal/optimized commands and the ten-file committed-byte preflight passed.
  • The actual Pro follow-up completed within its fixed response window. Codex independently assessed its complete source and wrote additional controls. The observer and Pro-proposed fixture controls remain byte-identical to the returned bodies: SHA256 d52913c0e0a25457aa1fac39459321134304a15ac7788bd0115ddf3c8a2ba882 and ed1ddeff64acf69900e55ac00a38bdf1b6d249a6fc4e5843cd372f9b95618dd7.

Established scope: the new observer obtains its own real descriptor-relative no-follow object-kind and ENOENT observations. It distinguishes regular-content-unread, unenumerated directory, symlink, unsupported special object, nondirectory prefix and absence-at-pinned-parent. Known FD slots are closed once; admitted-operation/projection failure quarantines later acquisitions in the module. It returns diagnostic trace data, not a Root capability or an accepted original witness artifact.

Each normal/optimized local profile passed the two Pro-proposed test methods and independent 18 observation scenarios, 14 input refusals, 133 actual closed-FD EBADF probes, one real ENAMETOOLONG/quarantine control and two temporal counterexamples. Fixture expectations are recorded before candidate observation. The 64-component positive reaches 65 held descriptors. Outcome ABA and a separate real-OS ancestor rename preserve the gap between point observations and an absolute/interval snapshot. The 526 internal checks per independent run are not 526 independent families or original activities.

Conditional/open: serialized nonreentrant callers, protected authenticated singleton/native dispatch and noninterference are local premises; the active-owner check is not a lock. Regular contents/readability, effective compiler rules, alias/PCH expansion, original Root/writer propagation, durable raw-before-oracle acceptance and compilation-interval currentness remain open. Open-return ambiguity stays pending/quarantined; adverse close/delivery, concurrent callers and actual EACCES were not executed. Source-level invocation bounds are not kernel syscall, wall-time or complete-cost bounds. Source metadata and failed preparation evidence are retained; no functional source repair was needed.

The smallest consequential next task is an exact source-bound installed-toolchain rule/context adapter for the pinned original executable. Its distribution/build correspondence is still missing. Then derive the complete witness expansion and genuine original custody/currentness integration, and prove whole-domain representation/fit. Namespace observations alone do not prove W(D,Gamma) subset I.

Reproduce at the exact public head, Python 3.12 on Linux with O_PATH:

python3 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/h25-c05-namespace-observer
python3 -B scripts/check_research_commit.py --package research/h25-c05-namespace-observer

The suite uses only the new code and bounded fresh owned temporary fixtures, retained on success/failure. Its small local runs completed successfully; no portable wall-time guarantee is claimed. No original compiler, Root/provider/producer/helper, native extension build, historical control or scientific workload ran. The separately fixed implementation hour closes this delivered unit; it does not extend/restart earlier rounds or create another budget.

Full compiler-input closure, bootstrap controls and authentic serializer qualification, whole-activity credit, source adoption, performance and kappa remain open. Unknown physical, preparation, review, reporting, publication and final metadata costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO.

Chris R / Clear1nsight with substantial ChatGPT Pro construction/reported AI source-review and OpenAI Codex independent assessment/control/publication assistance. Retain PR6321/6029/5864 source/reviewer, unpaidmoon/Cursor Grok PR6339 and Douglas R. Colkitt's circuit/network/native/verification credit. AI review and finite checks are not human or proof-kernel acceptance.

Source delivery for compiler-input closure and the bootstrap-control campaign: PR6362, head 120072d58ddb46f0e02886756243174d41fce42e, base 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a.

Established: implemented source-pinned GCC/header/ELF input-edge helpers, genuine-Root prefix/fixture construction and complete source-frame refusal corroboration, with retained review counterexamples and repairs. The 232-file package includes selected text inputs for cold new-code replay. Hosted run 41413184725, attempt 1, bound to this head: planning and actual registered replay both SUCCESS; committed-input check SUCCESS. Eight commands cover normal/-O versions of the four new suites. No original Root/provider/compiler/namespace work executes in them.

Uncertain/open: complete compiler-input closure and full named bootstrap-control campaign, applied compiler configuration, reached header/loader closure, immutable input interval and actual parent/stage/runtime admission. The acquired header corpus has 124 unresolved occurrences and 666 conservative forms; it is not the reached inventory. Policy debit 94.550533479/2400 is historical recorded guard debit, not complete physical cost; outside preparation/review/publication remains OPEN_NOT_ZERO. Goal service separately remains paused.

Next: effective configuration/query-frontier construction and integrated copied-input owner. Independent follow-up found the frozen original parent hardcodes the full driver/two-build/empty-stderr receiver; the prefix requires an explicit separately admitted control branch, not a claimed drop-in. The native profile also requires fresh copied-runtime exec so mapped inodes match copied paths. Those findings are back with Pro; no unreviewed namespace proposal is included here.

Reproduce with Python 3.12: python3 scripts/research_package.py --package research/h25-c05-v03-input-constructors. This command, its check-only form and check_research_commit.py were actually run locally; hosted replay above also ran. Exact provenance and remaining source/resource obligations are in the package README, SOURCE-ORIGIN, INDEPENDENT-REVIEW and evidence records.

Credit: Chris R/Clear1nsight, substantial ChatGPT Pro + Codex/SolMax implementation and independent agent review; preserve PR6321/6029/5864 lineage, unpaidmoon/CursorGrok for 6339, Douglas R. Colkitt and original native/circuit/verification authors. Source licenses retained. Draft publication does not imply original qualification or frontier adoption.

Source gate audit delivered in PR6363, head a8cf650b7435ccea237084e491e339f725c0a35b, base 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a.

Established: exact recovered parent/domain/closure/epoch/supervisor sources prove the proposed prefix is incompatible with the unchanged production acceptance route. It fixes driver/inventory/two-build/empty-stderr requirements; domain terminal facts require zero exit and a four-domain process bound; closure census/bindings/captured-literal rules constrain additions. Native copied-input compatibility requires fresh declared file-backed mappings inside the copied view. The bounded lookup absence was not global source absence: seven named ordinary source originals were recovered and matched their manifests. Eleven source/card copies are inert.

Hosted run 41418674891, attempt 1, exact head: planning and actual registered SOURCE-ARCHIVE replay SUCCESS, including unchanged committed inputs. The replay checks hashes, 14 AST-located anchors and 4 literal bindings; it does not execute the archived original functions.

Uncertain: a concrete clean executable parent/control supervisor, effective installed compiler rules and complete compiler-input and bootstrap-control qualification remain open. source round closed at its source gate without implementation or original tests. Complete physical costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO. The goal service was separately observed paused at this checkpoint.

Next: Pro consultation supplied a distinct same-build plugin/configuration route; actual plugin headers are now passively checksum-bound and under source review, alongside corrected separate source/output/cwd binding and conditional prefix ordering. No compiler/Root/namespace admission or new budget follows. The control successor must retain production checks and actual domain/error/raw ownership and must never mint original production completion.

Reproduce with Python 3.12: python3 scripts/research_package.py --package research/h25-c05-v03-parent-interface-audit. Check-only, registered source replay and committed-byte checks actually passed locally; source-only duration is host dependent. The new export also contains the 23-node bounded PR metadata graph that was local session material, not a file in PR6362's initial export; that earlier description is now explicitly corrected and read back.

Credit: Chris R/Clear1nsight with substantial Pro/Codex/SolMax assistance and independent agent source/export review; preserve original authors, PR6321/6029/5864, unpaidmoon/CursorGrok PR6339 and Douglas R. Colkitt's lineage. All source/research/admission and human-versus-agent review distinctions remain intact.

Three further independently reviewed implementation increments are submitted, with hosted replay success at their exact heads:

PR Exact head Scoped result Fresh fixture methods (normal and -O)
#6364 ea96ac0f9eaddd677226680963d3784922549af2 Bounded GCC 13 for_each_path visit ordering; literal prefixes, duplicates, null/empty suffixes and two-pass rules preserved. GPL-3.0-or-later. 22
#6365 c069724bf69bd03a762e06b0b129d79348d454dc Separate original source/output/current-context compile projection; exact-type/callback controls and declared closure caps. Actual custody/currentness/driver admission remain external. 28
#6366 97dd394ce1ddf00cc80dfdaad71767fdbc85af47 Same-build generated GCC package data, 472 retained header members, repaired bounded directive/literal recorder and provenance controls. Conditions remain unevaluated. 29

All target canonical base 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a, are drafts with one commit each and maintainer edits disabled. Their changed-file counts are 19, 45 and 535. Registered replay and committed-input checks passed locally. Actual hosted workflows 41426954711, 41426962611, and 41426967594, attempt 1, completed successfully at those heads; both planning and the actual package replay/unchanged-input steps succeeded. These are new pure-code/data fixture replays, not original compiler/native/Root/scientific execution.

The source units were frozen before publication. Reproduce the new registered packages using python3 scripts/research_package.py --package research/h25-gcc-prefix-order, --package research/h25-c05-compile-binding, or --package research/h25-gcc-generated-config-data. Each manifest declares its exact input corpus; durations depend on the host. The generated-data replay performs no archive decompression or installed compiler call. Its documented erratum preserves the already-correct raw ar report and distinguishes the repaired pre-review parser from earlier decoding evidence.

These follow #6362 (constructors/source refusal observation) and #6363 (actual parent/domain/closure audit and 23-node bounded PR graph). The named original compiler-input, bootstrap-control and runtime qualifications remain open. The app goal service remains separately paused. Old guarded policy debit 94.550533479/2400 seconds is not complete physical cost; outside/preparation/review/publication/final costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO.

Next exact task: independently assess whether a cap-feasible, acyclic copied input domain is eligible under the original contract and can enforce lifetime input-channel closure. The latest Pro audit supplies a conditional finite-cover lemma, not an implementation: proc/FD/mapping/IPC/scratch channels and bootstrap/compiler separation remain concrete obligations. No new native policy, original runtime admission or reservation is inferred. The final-stage GCC configuration/log gap also remains open; its failed HTTP503 is retained.

The finite-cover source decision audit is delivered in PR6367, exact head 234a650277d286f2ebec104eb65ce9456f80667c, tree 44133af0efdca7af57362997a73f2ce580c7f8e1, canonical parent 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a. This is a 37-file source archive, one draft commit, maintainer edits disabled.

Established source decisions: actual reads may use frozen F or generated A; only exogenous ordinary-file origins are enclosed by F under the stated channel/provenance premises. Exact C02/C07/C13 permit conforming fresh copied-stage candidates without admitting a particular copy or native policy. Driver/witness construction must be acyclic, bootstrap exclusion from compiler inputs needs justification, and child 512-row versus parent 8192-source/16384-stage bounds are separate. The final strict observer in PR6362 already repaired its earlier omitted-frame acceptance; its legacy API remains limited. Both independent source reviews and the exact original source basis are preserved.

Uncertain/open: no actual complete runtime occurrence/layout/access/alias/mount table, cap/witness/representation/physical-cost bill or concrete lifetime channel mechanism was established. The source round closed at its source gate without implementing an image owner. Full compiler-input closure and full named bootstrap-control campaign remain false. This is neither a compiler-correctness proof nor original/native/compiler/namespace execution, runtime admission or performance credit. The app goal remains separately paused; recorded policy debit 94.550533479/2400 seconds is not complete physical cost, and outside costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO.

Hosted run 41431922011, attempt 1, completed SUCCESS at this exact head: planning, actual registered static archive replay and unchanged committed inputs all passed. Local metadata/pins, final committed-byte/declared-history/mode preflight, and a separate final 37-file package-only cold copy in normal and optimized Python passed. The checker verifies 28 function anchors, nine text spans, 14 literal gates/caps and 56 metadata anchors; originals and archived tests remain inert. Earlier embedded cold logs describe the earlier 34-entry archive; the unchanged final 36-entry manifest plus itself was separately checked and retained outside the packet. Shared-cache staging/commit failures were preserved; the final added-only tree matches remote exactly. No complete original Git-history claim follows.

Reproduce with standard-library Python 3.12: python3 scripts/research_package.py --package research/h25-c05-finite-cover-source-audit. That registered command and its check-only form were actually run locally; hosted replay also ran. It performs only byte/hash/JSON/AST/text checks, with 30-second per-command limits. No private Pro transcript, prompt or response was exported.

Next exact source operation: propose an actual F/P/A/K layout and complete cap bill, then choose and independently justify a concrete original-compatible channel mechanism. The distinct non-minting bootstrap-control campaign prefix supervisor is currently with Pro; full response/source review and all actual owner/runtime admissions remain separate. Earlier PR6362-6366 remain scoped prerequisites and audits.

Two further reviewed source increments are delivered:

PR Exact head Established narrow result Registered new pure methods per normal / -O profile
#6368 3a2d75adec6133a5bc3e6c4a082369101e6c1158 Verify exact original-derived prefix bytes with only eight pinned literal gate changes; immutable six-pair environment successor, all four constructor function bodies unchanged. Actual admission is not conferred. 8
#6369 190e63e0ca5b16e45d8202bec7dc7426dc76c5dd Conditional non-minting supervisor, appended exit 1 cleanup-DATA accessor and sole closure allowance; separately pinned outer plan with bounded endpoint custody, alias/row controls and original production/mint functions unchanged. No obtainable runtime capability is established. 23

Both are drafts, one commit each, maintainer edits disabled, canonical parent 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a. Exact remote trees match the committed-byte-checked local trees. Changed-file counts are 29 / 88. Both independent source and export reviews passed within their declared scopes; the source round froze at 11:20:27 UTC inside its sole repair window. Initial source/fixture failures and exact restored initial review records remain preserved; later parent bookkeeping is separately timestamped.

Hosted run 41441355967 and run 41442708219, attempt 1, completed SUCCESS at those respective heads. Planning, actual registered package replay and unchanged committed-input steps all passed. Local metadata/pins, final committed-byte/mode/declared-provenance preflight and final-manifest package-only cold copies passed. Tests execute only new pure code or AST-extracted new functions with explicit fake operational services. Originals, complete supervisor, actual domain/Popen/subreaper/native/compiler/namespace/target routes and original bootstrap-control campaign controls never execute in these replays. No full original Git-history claim follows from the declared-provenance check.

The two source defects were repaired explicitly: an outer plan is not required to contain its own final hash; actual outer-plan endpoint reads remain charged/retained. The new environment tuple avoids the existing closure's bytes-key dictionary restriction without adding a mutable exemption or modifying the closed source round. Future receiver policy must load constructor_v2, not the inactive v1 comparison. The closing fixture model also retains the earlier first-close-abort case and separately checks the faithful two-known-FD attempt behavior. These finite controls do not authenticate runtime ownership, first-error provenance or an immutable interval.

Uncertain/open: authenticated fresh parent pre-import entry, actual complete transitive receiver-policy/module identities and 48-module/512-global fit, compiler-input closure determinant inventory/cap/cost/channel proof, C07 lifetime, current source/native/stage/command/funding/execution admission and observed parent teardown. Full compiler-input closure and full named bootstrap-control campaign remain false. The app goal was freshly observed separately paused. Current guarded attempt approval remains false; recorded 94.550533479/2400 policy seconds is not complete physical cost. Outside/preparation/review/publication/final costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO.

Reproduce using standard-library Python 3.12 from each corresponding head:

python3 scripts/research_package.py --package research/h25-v03-configured-prefix-derivation
python3 scripts/research_package.py --package research/h25-v03-prefix-supervision

These commands and check-only forms actually passed locally; hosted replay also ran. Each registered command is bounded at 30 seconds. Package wrappers change only fixture path bindings, never frozen algorithms/assertions. Final validation outputs are outside each packet, so final manifests do not change during cold replay.

Next source question: the exact existing outer runner has now been recovered from the public upstream archive, 15,493 bytes/SHA256 bd882e3dadb1b6aeaa63ee824f1a1c58f8ef2546b6840a2bffa46885a184d3eb, matching the supervisor's expected pin. Its presence does not itself close pre-import trust. A new bounded Pro consultation is assessing the actual runner/caller/manifest/startup chain; direct Root-as-parent reuse conflicts with the parent's initial search path, and matching a self-declared stage is not independent manifest admission. No bootstrap/native implementation or old-unit restart follows while that answer is generating.

Preserve all original notices/authors, PR6321/6029/5864, unpaidmoon/Cursor Grok PR6339 and Douglas R. Colkitt's lineage. These contributions are not human/proof-kernel acceptance, a merge, new budget or selected-frontier adoption.

HANDOFF: artifact metadata confinement boundary

Published PR #6780, exact commit a7903f7ee16c85015f3f9a87fd6f3ae5c9053349. The four-file source finding and evidence are frozen and independently reviewed for this scoped publication.

The public full caller requires runtime.chmod(493) (0755). Linux v6.12 Landlock filesystem rules do not restrict chmod. Blanket metadata denial breaks the positive caller; generic seccomp allowances alone do not establish artifact-only metadata confinement. Classic filters cannot resolve pathname pointers, and notifying then continuing the original syscall leaves substitution unresolved.

This is a source audit, with no observed GCC escape, installed-kernel result, native implementation, full-caller execution, performance gain or mathematical improvement. Actual capture/guardian/retention ownership components remain reusable dependencies, rather than an implemented metadata service. Original completion criteria remain open.

Smallest useful follow-up: select one concrete target-and-effect contract, or a complete filesystem view, and independently review a genuine owned artifact target plus an out-of-scope alias. Preserve real errors, partial effects, ordering, caller or mediator death, pending-operation uncertainty and sealing. A simulated broker alone is insufficient. No new implementation round is claimed here.

Reproduction is read-only inspection of the exact public caller and Linux source links in README/EVIDENCE.json. No executable replay hook is registered. Local validation covered the four-file inventory, JSON syntax, byte/hash/Git-blob equality, license equality and source scope; hosted planning is tracked on the PR and does not establish scientific execution.

Original lineage: this investigation and #6029, with #6715, #6736 and #6744. Original authors, oracle and review owners, predecessor contributors and Linux authors retain credit. Prepared with substantial OpenAI Codex and ChatGPT Pro assistance; AI review is separate from runtime and human acceptance.

Source follow-up: metadata-preserving filesystem view remains conditional

The published Landlock/chmod finding in #6780, commit a7903f7ee16c85015f3f9a87fd6f3ae5c9053349, remains unchanged. A subsequent source review narrows the next route: a proposed private read-only mount view could protect the actual source/control/capture objects while keeping artifact metadata calls native. The original contract does not require a theorem about every unrelated host metadata change.

A same-numeric-UID/GID, one-ID user namespace has a concrete compatibility caveat. A regular, single-link, owned source with mode 0444 can also carry a named POSIX ACL entry for another user. The caller inventory and filesystem profile do not exclude that example. Linux v6.12 ACL export, import, and the set-ACL path use the current user namespace; an unmapped named ID can make the copied ACL invalid. The CPython 3.12 reference suppresses EINVAL for this copy operation. This is a counterexample to unrestricted metadata-equivalence reasoning, not an observation that the current payload lost an ACL or that this reference equals the selected installed Python.

The next decisive obligation is explicit: prove preservation of every reached metadata value/effect under the selected mapping, find an existing original source-generation rule that excludes the counterexample, or obtain an explicit decision to narrow the admitted metadata domain. Do not strip ACLs/xattrs or silently treat a new refusal as an unchanged input contract. Capability attributes and inherited/default ACLs remain part of that review.

A syscall mediator is not an established shortcut: an O_PATH handle is not universally accepted by the metadata effect APIs, and target/currentness/access/error/death/seal integration remains unselected. No connected caller, native entry or mediator is implemented by this finding; original completion remains open. No workload, original control campaign or current-host probe was run.

This follow-up preserves #6321/#6029, #6715/#6736/#6744 and predecessor credit. Prepared with substantial OpenAI Codex and ChatGPT Pro assistance and separate Sol Max source review; AI agreement is not native, human or proof-kernel acceptance.

Follow-up to the previous metadata clarification and PR #6780: the earlier requirement to prove universal preservation of copied metadata before authoring was too strong. The original contract requires preservation of its scientific, control, error, source, ownership and retention observations. The scientific inventory compares bytes, hashes and modes; it does not itself compare every extended attribute. See the exact caller and original caller-equality definition.

The foreign-user ACL example still refutes uniform metadata preservation. It does not alone establish failure of the original output comparison. There is, however, a concrete downstream obligation: the retention envelope to be connected puts science below its complete source tree; production_issuer.completed_boundary calls actual_consumer.parent_collect_before, whose independent oracle.collect rejects nonempty xattr lists on the root and each opened file or directory. That query runs in the outer consumer's context. Silent omission of a copied ACL could therefore conceal the original retention refusal in a metadata-bearing case. The selected layout, issuer, consumer and oracle make that obligation inspectable. This is a conditional source argument, not an observed current payload failure or an already connected full invocation.

The resulting route decision permits one joined source implementation of the private mount view and outer capture relay, with the exact full selector, receiver, registry and retention bindings. Its proof must preserve every required positive and negative disposition, including consequential permissions, default ACL inheritance, executable attributes, original errors and retention refusals. Actual current-object facts belong to the authenticated parent/environment association; they are not a supplied compatibility flag or a new ACL-free-input refusal. No metadata stripping, oracle change or artifact exclusion is proposed.

This corrects the authoring prerequisite; it supplies no completed implementation, current-environment admission, execution or performance result. The scientific images and original controls remain unchanged. ChatGPT Pro's revised decision and a separate Sol source review support this scoped correction; they are not human, proof-kernel or runtime acceptance. Next is the complete connected implementation and whole-source review, rather than another broker or an isolated relay.

Delivered the original-refusal correctness repair in PR #6818, exact commit 1479ccf2ec0bc29b7bf741a2d613d79e1f9ec19e.

The candidate runner now preserves the startup artifacts that the original optimized invocation creates before its intended assertion-enabled-entry refusal. It still requires the original exit-1 traceback, no positive scientific result, complete bounded capture and the existing terminal ownership checks. The normal and optimized command profiles now match their separate complete arguments.

Independent AI review accepted the scoped source correction. The actual pure predicate and the package-local replay interface each passed 22 fixed cases in normal mode and 22 with optimization enabled. These are the same 22 semantic cases through two interfaces, not additional original coverage. All 73 remote file identities match the frozen byte-derived Git blobs; the package integrity check passed.

Complete caller/native/environment compatibility, actual scientific comparison, complete numerical fit and performance qualification remain open. The 390 full scientific payload occurrences are explicitly external. No native entry, compiler or scientific program was executed. Hosted run 42300241137, attempt 1, is currently in progress for this exact head; no hosted success or replay is claimed yet.

The next useful task is the finite binary-format dispatch ownership proof or correction in the existing native entry, including old interpreter references, required exec behavior and original fault observations. Source/profile hashes alone do not establish that consequence.

Reproduction and exact inputs: package README. The bounded pure checks used Python 3.12, 2-second wall/1-second CPU limits, 128 MiB address space and 64 KiB raw-stream bounds. Full-caller replay is unqualified.

This follows #6029, #6744, #6736, #6715 and #6780, preserving original contributor attribution. Prepared with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance and independent AI review; Apache-2.0. The later #6762 CLOSE component remains separate.

Delivered PR #6819, exact head 65b0c1b71e849cbbe2160c211811d18d43e25e55, as the scoped native dispatch successor to #6818. Original full caller and criteria remain #6744; this original investigation remains the canonical handoff.

The existing entry now owns an empty user-namespace binfmt_misc instance before view construction, privilege drop or descendants. Its actual descriptor acquisition/create/once-close path preserves primary errors and close uncertainty, with unchanged caps and post-lockdown denial. Independent source review accepts this bounded mechanism under the selected Linux v6.12 built-in registered implementation. One guarded GCC13 compile and all eight mock-control groups passed. Three warnings in unchanged predecessor statements are retained. No production entry, actual namespace/handler operation or science ran; no rerun of unchanged refusal controls occurred.

The contribution contains 28 exact verified files (166,177 bytes), source/delta, reviews, compiler identity, guard/limits, raw captures/results and a passive integrity checker: public package. It is an inert source/evidence archive, not a self-contained cold science replay. Maintainer edits remain disabled; no merge or selected-result change is requested.

Complete caller source acceptance remains HOLD. The next decisive task is a finite original command/dispatch and environment-consequence proof within the existing parent observe → qualify → bind_launch path, including the actual sysconfig compiler selections, required failed-exec behavior, security-policy/creation effects, relevant topology/delegation semantics and required fault consumers. Current subject/image hashes alone do not establish those implications. For an original selected subject with NNP=0, an enforcing confined AppArmor policy can deny a required non-subset transition after the entry sets NNP; see the selected Linux source, apparmor_bprm_creds_for_exec. This is a conditional source countermodel, not a claim about the current host; unconfined transitions and complain-mode audit disposition need their own interpretation. The inspected GNU-time/Python consumers do not demonstrate the previously suspected core-bit mismatch; omitted helper fault consumers still require coverage.

Current image/configuration association, numerical fit, funding, full original execution/equality and measured optimization remain later obligations. This bounded source round is closed; a new helper, compatible flag, arbitrary earlier refusal or unchanged rerun cannot replace the missing proof. The conservative new mocked-control charge is 24 seconds; preparation, Pro consultation, review, reporting, publication and historical physical-cost gaps remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO. Predecessor credit and substantial AI assistance are retained in the package.

Exact-head hosted verification: run #42305806973, attempt 1, completed success at head 65b0c1b71e849cbbe2160c211811d18d43e25e55: plan success; replay skipped. This is repository planning/onboarding success, not native, scientific or complete-caller execution. All 28 remote Git blob identities and the exact changed-file set match the frozen export, with no extra files.

Delivered a new native acquisition implementation and its proof/control evidence in draft PR #6823, exact head f497188c5125ce6e2bba67c9d2831bbc62945ea5. Public archive.

The reviewed proposal acquires the complete capability/Landlock list, bounded mount topology and held-FD unique-mount associations, and checks the exact two-clone relation. It retains actual error/once-close ownership. Its prospective Linux v6.12 misc/core/modules-disabled subject omits the predecessor's binfmt/CORE alterations and preserves inherited CORE limits. This does not change a host or select the proposal into the full caller.

Both NEW mocked-constructor suites passed once: two compilations and two runs, all exit 0, known waits, both EOFs, exact runtime output and no errors. Five indentation warnings per compile are retained and independently read. The outer group's deliberate exit 137 is retirement, not the acceptance oracle. No production namespace/security query, original science or unchanged controls ran. Recorded conservative policy usage is 1,520.890533479/2,400 seconds; complete physical/preparation/review/publication/final costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO.

Pro constructed finite GCC driver/configuration, separate invocation-family and temporary-fallback arguments. The first remaining mathematical transfer is the exact applied Ubuntu binutils 2.42-4ubuntu2.10 assembler/linker/BFD effect frontier. The ordered 54-patch series and source archives are retained; patch bodies, affected applied units and configuration still need that specific review. Complete parent/compiler-property/specs/fallback acquisition and checked query transport are also not implemented in the frozen caller. Whole-caller source/native/scientific acceptance and original activity credit remain unissued.

Smallest next task: review the already-retained ordered binutils patch/runtime/configuration correspondence against the stated I/O, cleanup, script/plugin and output/chmod frontiers, then join the proved subject into the existing parent owners. An unchanged compiler diagnostic or another metadata-only missing-proof review does not discharge it.

Passive reproduction only: python3 -B research/h25-native-view-facts/verify_integrity.py. Native control reproduction needs a fresh separately admitted layout and guard; the recorded absolute-path wrapper is evidence, not a portable rerun. Exact-head hosted run outcomes will be recorded in the PR delivery note; planning checks provide no native/scientific replay credit.

Preserve #6819/#6818/#6744 and the compiler-data/source credit in #6362/#6366/#6434/#6454. Substantial ChatGPT Pro, Codex and GPT-6.1-sol Max source implementation and independent agent review assistance is disclosed; finite AI acceptance is separate from human/proof-kernel acceptance. The original whole task remains incomplete.

Published PR #6830, continuing this investigation and the fixed reference in #6029.

Exact head: 39fcd67c991bd72918080b1d2c02feb3d679206d (draft; maintainer modification disabled). Public source package.

Established result: a connected candidate implementation and conditional preservation construction for the same patched Ubuntu toolchain before/after the selected private view. Actual owning loader, parent association, supervisor, PropertyQuery observer, strict receiver and entry are joined. The original scientific bodies, observation projection, ownership/error ordering and both 196-member stage maps are retained. Separate AI review accepted the candidate source and explicit comparison-owner boundary; it is not human or proof-kernel acceptance.

Observed verification: 27 normal + 27 optimized parent cases, 11 loader cases, 38 query-owner cases, 23 literal native mock cases, three native-owner compiles without executing their mains, and a subsequent distinct eight-case linker-context regression in each Python mode. Existing unchanged suites were not rerun. Raw warnings and failed source snapshots remain available. The new inert archive integrity operation passed with known zero waits: 729 origin paths, 489 source objects, 137 readable copies; 1.73 seconds observed guard-process wall time. All 193 published files match the frozen identities.

Still open: the argument explicitly covers Linux 6.12/native LP64 x86-64 plus its stated security/configuration/filesystem/currentness premises. This workstation's necessary screen returned 7.0.0-42-generic x86_64, outside that class. Current qualification remains HOLD. Fresh baseline transfer and the complete typed comparison executor remain unimplemented in the current candidate controller; a historical baseline cannot substitute for them. Source/image association, full resource/funding/admission, actual complete comparison and exact equality remain unissued. No real property query or original scientific invocation ran; no performance, bound or selected-frontier claim follows. Physical costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO.

Smallest useful follow-up: establish an actual source-associated environment satisfying the existing proof class, or separately review a model extension. Independently implement the fresh same-input baseline transfer and complete comparison owner before any original full run. See NEXT.md.

Passive reproduction: from the public package directory, python3 -I -B verify_integrity.py checks archive bytes and mappings without extraction or candidate imports. This is a suggested portable integrity invocation; the retained receipt records the exact isolated-Python command actually run under the parent guard. Historical absolute-path dependencies and original issued authority are explicitly external; this is not a portable executable installation. Hosted checks will be reported against this exact PR head in its delivery note.

Reuse and credit: #6823, #6818, #6744, #6362, #6366, #6434 and #6454 were inspected at the exact heads listed in the PR; compatible source/controls were reused or adapted, with no qualification inherited from PR status. Credit repository and preceding PR authors, Douglas R. Colkitt, unpaidmoon, Cursor-Grok and GNU/Debian/Ubuntu authors. ChatGPT Pro supplied substantial construction assistance; OpenAI Codex implemented/assembled the contribution with separate AI review.

Readiness correction for the completed source contribution in #6830: it is now Ready for review at 39fcd67c991bd72918080b1d2c02feb3d679206d.

The earlier delivery note records the initial draft status. The source, retained controls and exact-head hosted validation evidence are unchanged. The review scope remains the completed compiler-input source construction and its stated limitations; authentic caller/runtime qualification and the remaining execution prerequisites are still open. Ready for review is a request for upstream assessment, not merge approval or a new scientific completion claim.

Readable primary-baseline review inputs are now available in #6837, commit 92bd2213be787cc4451a3b61b00793dad26bebdd, against canonical base 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a.

The 25-file source archive exposes the already source-reviewed primary PR6029 baseline owner/receiver, retained control source and shared dependencies, the original f43d9ebb... common runner and reviewed bd882e3d... compatibility successor, and the historical source reviews/inverse data. All retained source/review bytes and all nine DAG module pins match their frozen inputs; reversing the two declared runner substitutions recovers the complete ancestor bytes. The remote PR contains exactly the approved 25 additions, with every full file body and Git blob verified.

Scope is unchanged: readable source/provenance and runner ancestry only. The original primary scientific input is PR6029 v4 full-all (5b963a5f...), not the retained instrumented full:baseline diagnostic. The later candidate source in #6830 remains a separate conditional construction. No controls, native code or scientific comparison were executed for this export, and it establishes no fresh equality, numerical resource fit or performance result.

The smallest useful next task is to prove that the current candidate-specific entry/view/guardian/relay/capture changes fit the frozen common-runner restriction, then connect one complete primary comparison owner through the actual launcher, receiver, registry, retention and successful settlement paths. The source proof's actual environment correspondence and complete current wall/CPU/RSS funding/admission gates remain open. If runner compatibility requires changing the measurement protocol, make that change explicit for separate approval rather than silently changing the baseline.

Exact sources, retained review limits, six outer gates and hashes: source archive README. sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS is a suggested archive-integrity command from that directory; this handoff does not claim a scientific replay or portable execution environment. Predecessor credit: #6029, #6744, the primary-owner source authors/reviewer and #6830. Substantial Codex and ChatGPT Pro assistance is disclosed in the PR. Hosted check results will be recorded on the delivery PR when complete.

Implementation handoff: PR #6862, Ready for review at 47cf8c9af49d22686264db2762700215032eda90 (two commits, 25 files).

The public source and evidence contain a parent-owned waiting-entry candidate, post-launch qualification/release wiring and bounded lifecycle controls. A completed Pro spot review found a timer-unwind first-error defect; both caller paths were corrected and the actual unwind-node collision controls passed. The other five distinct fixture behaviors and earlier failures are retained. Qualification ports are inert: they do not establish a complete authenticated caller, native/scientific execution or performance result.

The next decisive task is immutable source/role assembly and whole caller review, then genuine qualification under the existing ownership/resource/funding gates. Baseline/comparison, retention and successful CLOSE remain open. Reproduction commands, Python 3.12/Linux fixture conditions and observed runtimes are in the public README/evidence; suggested reproduction is distinct from the recorded guarded runs. Source work is frozen; publication grants no new execution or budget.

Retains #6830, #6837 and #6847 lineage and the existing complete-outcome implementation from #6762. Clear1nsight, with substantial OpenAI Codex and ChatGPT Pro assistance; original notices retained.

Connected caller source assembly and ordered timer-retirement correction: #6863, exact head c009a7514790e865b664ab8cd4688d37787d7eaa.

The public source package binds the actual bootstrap, private loader, role constructor, common runner, waiting entry, relay and receiver while preserving scientific payloads. It fixes the reached finalizer defect that discarded a second caught timer-retirement error. Both errors and tracebacks now remain in owner custody, reach the real registry in operation order, preserve an earlier working primary, and leave uncertain retirement unable to qualify as successful closure. Native operations are not retried.

Ten guarded source controls passed in 0.623 seconds; the public README gives the exact command, Python 3.12 environment, limits and fixture boundaries. All 88 export bodies/Git blobs were read back. Complete Pro review and exact-head follow-up accepted this bounded correction and inspected integration. The failed source subject and failed relative-path control attempt remain preserved. No actual financial owner, native signal, guardian/compiler/property observer or scientific workload ran; these source snapshots require the pinned local inputs for reproduction and are not a portable hosted replay.

The smallest next task is independent qualification of the remaining native/compiler/scientific source closure, followed by genuine primary-baseline and complete-outcome CLOSE owner adoption. Runtime issuance, full comparison/equality, current resource fit, complete cost accounting and successful retention/CLOSE remain open. This contribution grants no execution authority or complete-activity credit; outside/physical costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO.

Credit: Tekalign with substantial Codex and ChatGPT Pro assistance; immediate predecessor #6862 and retained source lineage #6830/#6837, with baseline reference #6847 and complete-outcome CLOSE implementation from #6762. Existing source-specific notices remain intact. Hosted exact-head check conclusions will be recorded on #6863 after completion.

Verification performance: end goal, PR map and places to help

This is the maintained plain-English overview for the verification and data-handling work discussed in the original investigation, PR #6321. The detailed source and failure records remain in the linked PRs. This overview explains how they fit together; it does not replace their evidence or change their acceptance criteria.

What we are trying to achieve

Make the project's complete verification run faster and less wasteful while keeping the same mathematical claims, inputs, checks, independent reference computations and exact evidence. The intended result is a reproducible implementation that handles large outputs with bounded memory, safely reuses only genuinely unchanged information, preserves the original failure when cleanup also fails, and retains evidence that another person can restore and inspect.

The current data-handling comparison starts from the complete combined native configuration published in PR #6029, frozen at e05aad954689d0ee21baff19b4674f1fcb2e838f. Its areas are log handling, construction memory, witness serialization, evidence storage/restoration, cache validity, and repeated digest/rank-observation handling. The original sources and failed attempts stay preserved.

Any measured, reproducible gain is useful. A small improvement is not rejected merely for being small. We must report its actual metric, complete comparison boundary, uncertainty and adverse trade-offs. Earlier PRs' improvements belong to their own workloads and baselines; they cannot be added together or assigned to the current unfinished comparison.

What counts as finishing

  • The real caller uses the selected implementation, with exact source/dependency and environment bindings. A detached helper or source archive is not enough.
  • The complete original inputs, outputs, ordered witnesses/traces, independent references, positive controls and rejection controls are preserved. The original optimized-mode refusal must remain a refusal when that is the original behavior.
  • The complete old and new invocations are compared under the declared protocol. Use the genuine primary baseline, not a later instrumented diagnostic with a similar name. Retain every declared sample, failure and slower result.
  • Measure the whole boundary and account for new loading, compilation, checking, capture, cleanup and retained-state costs. Document memory/resource fit; a legal resource-limit setting alone does not prove that the workload fits.
  • New completed or failed runs have truthful terminal records, automatic retention and exact restoration. Unknown cleanup or cost remains unknown; it must not become a successful close.

An upstream merge, a green planning job, a finite fixture pass and a bounded AI source review establish different things. Each linked PR states its own result. None automatically completes the whole goal.

Where we are now

Three further original source decisions are complete. #6870 accepts the all-six compatible source freeze, #6871 accepts genuine cache/full-caller and automatic-retention consumer bindings, and #6873, at ae7add49484492b49b0141445fbfd6002858da54, supplies the complete authenticated external entry, surviving descendant owner and independent installation/composition review. The unchanged interior remains #6867, with #6869's exact binding review retained.

Weighted activity completion is 58% — 30 of 49 activities. Full stage gates are 4 of 10; overall-goal milestones remain 1 of 10. All five integration/source activities and their separate complete source-stage gate are accepted. These are complete source arguments under the unchanged original genuine premises. Current runtime/native eligibility, full control execution, resource fit, primary comparison, successful CLOSE and speedup remain separate.

The parent authenticates actual G inputs and retains native subreaper, pidfd/wait and pending-owner custody. #6872's launch cycles and rejected process-group cleanup remain preserved. All 28 files matched remote identities; the four PRs are Ready with maintainer edits off. Source froze at 08:34:51Z and review at 08:40:08Z before the 08:49:09Z stop; later delivery and earlier overruns retain their actual times.

A further audit mapped the original finite controls, independent oracles and reached normal caller. An objection based on three labels in #6588's later schedule was withdrawn: the inspected original contracts do not establish extra semantic families from those names. The real work remains complete old/new control bodies, all 212 component families, authentic native failure delivery and a reached family-completion consumer. Unit receipts do not prove that conjunction. No additional activity or runtime outcome is credited.

The source window closed at 11:07:27Z. Final successor review/disposition writes were about 24 seconds late and receive no in-window acceptance. No guarded operation occurred; outside/physical costs and historical gaps remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO. The primary baseline #6837, limit repair #6847 and later successful closer #6762 remain required. Full resource fit, funding and execution admission are unproved; universal budget impossibility is also unproved.

Stage progress and closing milestones

The earlier 27-head evidence/disposition check is retained at 2026-11-07T22:46:38.564887+00:00. The four new package heads, file identities and hosted results were checked on 2026-11-08; older catalogue rows retain their separate observation dates. “Delivered” here means publicly submitted work; open Ready PRs still require upstream review.

These are the ten tracked groups in the current integration/control-qualification phase. A stage percentage counts fully accepted original checklist activities; its closing milestone states what must be true before that stage is fully qualified. The stage names below describe behavior rather than local tracking codes.

Progress measure Current result Meaning
Weighted activity completion 58% — 30 of 49 activities Each of the ten stages weighs 10%; activities divide that stage's weight equally. This is accepted checklist work, including source contracts and preparation.
Fully qualified stage gates 40% — 4 of 10 The complete exit conditions for baseline/rules, bounded logs, implementation/source contracts and complete integration/source bindings are accepted.
Overall goal milestones 10% — 1 of 10 One complete end-result milestone is accepted: installed and independently validated bounded log handling. The other nine have open acceptance conditions.

Percentages do not estimate time remaining, effort spent, mathematical confidence or measured speedup. A completed source-contract activity establishes its stated source scope; actual full-input execution and performance require their own evidence. The original 49 activities, ten stage gates, ten overall milestones and weights are unchanged. The earlier 27 accepted activities and their evidence audit are carried forward. Three further original source decisions now have complete arguments, certificates, challenging review and exact publication/integrity readback; the separate complete integration/source gate is independently accepted. No full recensus or scientific controls were rerun.

Stage Accepted activities Closing milestone and explanation What is complete / what remains Related delivered PRs
1. Baseline, preservation and rules 100% — 4/4 Comparison contract frozen. Establish exactly which original is being compared, which evidence must survive, and who owns guarded execution and costs. Stage gate accepted: baseline pins, preservation rules, limits/accounting and execution ownership are established. #6029, #6321.
2. Installed bounded log handling 100% — 4/4 The real runner safely handles bounded output. Large output and fast child exit must not evade limits or lose evidence. Stage gate accepted: implementation, independent review, real file/process controls and consumer installation are complete. #6316.
3. Implementation and source contracts 100% — 8/8 All defined implementation/source contracts closed. Construction, serialization, archives, caches, digest/observation reuse, logs, retention and full-caller source adoption have their required source evidence. Source-stage gate accepted. Complete runtime validation, resource fit and performance belong to later stages. #6317, #6326, #6328, #6715, #6736.
4. Complete payload and resource fit 40% — 2/5 The complete payload fits its declared limits. Source installation and a legal limit setting must be followed by a complete resource bill and actual fit evidence. Inventory/review and complete source assembly are accepted. The full bill and normal/optimized resource-fit outcomes remain open. #6752, #6756.
5. Complete control suite 40% — 2/5 Every required control exists and has a real execution mapping. The complete old/new suite must cover its original behaviors and rejection paths. Obligations/gaps and the defined conditional STOP source are reviewed. Missing bodies, complete identity mapping and independent acceptance of the whole union remain open. #6352, #6362, #6373.
6. Runtime owners, cleanup and accounting 40% — 2/5 The current execution environment and its owners are qualified. Actual startup/native interfaces, error retirement and accounting must work under the selected conditions. Trust-role selection and three permission repairs are accepted. Current normal/optimized bootstrap, native/FFI/fault profiles, full cleanup and cost closure remain open. #6434, #6709, #6711, #6819, #6823. #6588 retains a draft qualification hold.
7. Complete integration and source bindings 100% — 5/5 All mechanisms form one independently accepted combined implementation. Freeze compatible sources, connect actual consumers and prove installation/binding order. Source-stage gate accepted: the complete current source, authenticated external caller, surviving native owner, genuine consumer bindings and installation order are independently accepted. Actual runtime/resource/control/comparison/CLOSE outcomes remain separate. #6867, #6869, #6870, #6871, #6872, #6873.
8. Complete normal-mode controls 0% — 0/4 The entire current normal-mode outcome is independently accepted. Admit and execute the whole suite, then check every required output, rejection, order and cleanup result. Individual controls exist; the complete current normal-mode admission/run/verification/acceptance has not closed. Bounded prerequisite controls in #6326 and #6863.
9. Complete optimized-mode controls 0% — 0/4 The entire current optimized-mode outcome is independently accepted. Preserve all required behavior, including an original intended refusal where applicable. Individual optimized/refusal repairs exist; the complete current optimized union has not closed. #6818, #6863.
10. Full comparison readiness 60% — 3/5 The exact complete comparison is admitted for execution. Source-reviewed baseline/candidate and a frozen protocol need current funding, complete cost coverage and genuine execution admission. Protocol, baseline-launcher source and the defined assertion-enabled candidate source are accepted. Current funding/full wall-CPU-RSS coverage and final execution admission remain open. #6830, #6837, #6847, #6863.

The #6863 source assembly/timer correction and #6864 factory/launch corrections advance the implementation, but received no extra original-activity credit. A bounded fixture pass does not close either complete-mode control stage. Full comparison, measurements, retention and final reproducible delivery also require their overall-goal evidence below.

Overall goal milestones

These are the original ten end-result milestones. They are separate from the stage activity percentages: an open milestone can contain completed source and prerequisite work, while receiving no full milestone credit until its whole acceptance condition is satisfied.

Milestone Status Explanation and evidence needed to finish Related delivered work
1. Safe bounded log handling Achieved The repaired runner is installed in its real consumer and independently passes real normal, binary, stderr, nonzero-exit, oversized and fast-exit controls while preserving complete hashes/counts/evidence. #6316, merged.
2. Lower construction memory with unchanged results Open Validate union/index-lifetime changes on the complete caller, preserve graph/witness equality and supported construction behavior, and measure construction/full-process memory and costs. Reviewed source alone does not supply this outcome. Adopted source selections in #6715; complete payload in #6752.
3. Bounded byte-exact witness serialization Open Preserve complete original artifact bytes, ordering and write/failure semantics against an independent original encoder, then establish representative peak-memory and full-cost evidence. Finite serializer equality/controls in #6326; authentic loader/validator and retained failure in #6332.
4. Automatic lossless evidence retention Open Exercise automatic retention in the actual caller after the required writers/finalizers finish. Preserve success and failure records, exact restoration and truthful complete-outcome closing. #6317 historical archive/restore, merged; #6736 source contract; #6762 complete-outcome closing owner.
5. Mutation-safe cache reuse and fallback Open Complete independent mutation, alias, key/type/source-drift and fallback validation under the real request contract, without returning stale validation or sharing the independent oracle's answer. Source adoption in #6715; connected caller work in #6863.
6. Safe digest and ordered rank-observation reuse Open Validate the complete outputs, ordered observations and costs while retaining every independent trust comparison and arithmetic operation. Charge lookup, encoding, retained state and cleanup. Same-call inventory digest component in #6328; adopted graph in #6715.
7. Qualified integrated implementation and complete controls Open Accept the current complete source/ownership/runtime prerequisites and pass the whole original/new normal and optimized control union on that exact combined implementation. #6752, #6830, #6863.
8. Complete baseline/candidate equality Open Run the full assertion-enabled original/candidate comparison using the genuine primary baseline and reproduce every required exact scientific output, ordered witness/trace and check with independent validation. #6837 primary baseline, #6847 inherited-limit repair, #6863 latest connected candidate.
9. Complete measurement and honest performance disposition Open Establish the declared wall/CPU/peak-memory/archive costs and a reproducible gain or accepted final measured disposition. Preserve every fixed sample, failure, slower result, uncertainty and adverse trade-off. Resource records in #6756 and primary comparison inputs in #6837. No new whole-comparison gain is established.
10. Reproducible final verified delivery Open Publish the final qualified implementation and evidence with the required Git-free reproduction, exact-head hosted checks and handoff readbacks. The final package must substantiate its complete declared scope. #6863 has completed scoped source-archive delivery and planning checks; its scientific replay was skipped. Final whole-goal qualification and delivery remain open.

The next decisive route is to close the actual resource/runtime/integration and complete-control gaps, obtain complete normal/optimized outcomes, then execute the admitted full equality comparison and measurement/retention path. Reuse applicable accepted predecessor evidence; add work only for the exact remaining acceptance conditions.

These are contribution opportunities, not existing reservations or permission to launch an unqualified workload.

Useful contribution Starting points A useful finished result
Independently check the completed caller and native-retirement source, then qualify its exact prerequisites #6873 complete source/proof/review; unchanged #6867 interior and original contracts Review exact provenance, pidfd/wait/adoption, error/capture and pending-owner branches. For separately authorised qualification, establish current original runtime/native profiles, complete controls and resource/accounting fit. Preserve failed evidence; do not infer runtime success from source acceptance.
Connect the genuine primary baseline #6837 and #6847, alongside #6864 Use the original baseline owner in the real comparison path, preserving scientific bodies, measurements, error ordering and inherited limits. Show the actual source/role/receiver connections; an instrumented substitute is insufficient.
Finish automatic retention and complete-outcome closing in the real caller #6736 and #6762, alongside #6864 Demonstrate the required producer/finalizer order, preservation of success and failure evidence, exact restoration and truthful closing. Do not close while writers, cleanup or costs are unknown.
Independently qualify and measure the complete comparison after its prerequisites pass #6029 baseline; #6864 candidate; original declared protocol and controls Complete equality and control evidence, all fixed samples/failures, resource fit, complete costs and reproducible measured results. A negative result is useful too. Source-only review does not authorize this run.
Complete control bodies and their reached family consumer Original controls in #5995, obligations in #6756 and caller in #6588; preserve #6873's accepted subject Reuse repairs, implement authentic native-failure cases and independent expectations, and connect genuine family completion to the caller. Preserve all scenarios, modes, contexts, raw evidence, ownership and costs. Accept the whole source union before separately admitted full-mode execution.

Other contributors have already helped: unpaidmoon's identity/cleanup repair #6339 informed later repairs, and the independent selection-gap review #6344 preserved a real missing-dependency finding. Earlier complete replay/precision work by Ali Romman, the parallel performance work by Nick Petalas and adjacent fault audits by ToikY are mapped below, with their scope and credit kept separate.

The expandable groups below link each PR included in this overview, explain its contribution and state its boundary. They cover this verification/performance stream and the direct supporting or contextual references found in its public PR bodies. They are not a catalogue of every mathematical PR in the repository. Current GitHub metadata was read for every listed PR; the published scientific claims were not rerun for this documentation update. The short commit links identify the inspected heads. "Ready" means ready for upstream review, not approved or qualified.

The original investigation's source round is closed. This handoff update changes documentation only: it issues no execution grant, new research budget, merge or recurring monitor.

Catalogue freshness: original 85 rows retain their 2026-11-07T22:07:07Z metadata snapshot; #6864/#6866/#6867/#6869 retain separate observations. Earlier performance work and parallel methods

These are workload-specific precedents, measurements or rejected routes. Their gains do not transfer to the unfinished data-handling comparison.

PR and inspected source GitHub state How it contributes Scope / remaining limit
#5757 · 53006fe Merged Ali Romman's exact quadratic-state engine supplies a faster complete replay while retaining the original checks. Earlier implementation and source for the independent Linux validation; its original timing is host-specific.
#5816 · dd59757 Merged Independently validates that complete replay on Linux, including the full scientific outputs and original controls. A historical result for that exact replay, not the current data-handling candidate.
#5818 · a0171b8 Merged Runs shared source qualification once while retaining both independent literal interpreters. Earlier orchestration improvement; independent references are preserved rather than merged into one oracle.
#5831 · 3db8ba5 Merged Ali Romman's exact integer backend accelerates complete precision checking. A distinct precision workload and its own proof and input scope.
#5832 · d2012c1 Merged Reuses invariant literal-gate setup instead of rebuilding it at every call. Retains the complete caller checks; a precedent for safe setup reuse.
#5839 · 3e5c1be Merged Independently validates the exact-integer precision backend on Linux. Corroborates that pinned implementation, not every later source selection.
#5848 · 66fb6c6 Merged Avoids repeating complete precision qualification separately for each backend. Preserves backend coverage and independent checks within its published scope.
#5852 · df9dc4c Merged Assesses whether a Fraction contribution table can pay for its own setup. Retains a negative complete-cost screen so an attractive local lookup is not mistaken for a net gain.
#5853 · 71f22c7 Merged Tests a zero/unit Fraction shortcut against the retained literal reference. A scoped negative feasibility result, useful for avoiding the same unproductive route.
#5864 · 3f15c94 Merged Moves expensive bookkeeping into a compiled implementation while keeping complete precision qualification. An earlier measured implementation; its benchmark is separate from the new data-handling work.
#5875 · 3ed05e3 Merged Measures a native Fraction score-dispatch candidate at its actual boundary. A negative result; it supplies no complete-caller speedup.
#5908 · 4b6d9c0 Merged Records C batching experiments and the complete speed gates they failed. Preserves unsuccessful attempts and prevents repeated optimism from small local timings.
#5929 · a456c24 Merged Uses exact native binary-field arithmetic for the side-verification workload. A measured improvement for that separate workload, with its own retained checks.
#5972 · 1018e37 Merged Publishes the complete verification-key corpus and a negative full-cost screen. The old target was not met; the corpus and rejection are reusable evidence, not a new gain.
#5995 · 4f41598 Merged Qualifies the complete historical network caller using the exact native arithmetic path. An earlier full-workload result and the predecessor to the bookkeeping comparison.
#6029 · e05aad9 Merged Combines set reuse, guard bookkeeping and trace encoding in the complete network caller. Its frozen complete native configuration is the original comparison baseline for the current data-handling goal.
#6395 · 541729c Open, Ready Nick Petalas replaces repeated rational Taylor work with exact integer polynomial evaluation. Parallel performance evidence for a different controller; not adopted as a repair for the present caller.
#6415 · e808800 Open, Ready Nick Petalas uses low-rank factors to avoid dense work in a complete header-census command. A different workload and possible method reference, not current integration or performance credit.
Bounded data, serialization, cache reuse and failure preservation

These pieces reduce handling overhead or make failure behavior reliable. A working piece is not a completed full comparison.

PR and inspected source GitHub state How it contributes Scope / remaining limit
#6316 · f99829c Merged Bounds retained-log reads and checks output limits even when a child exits quickly. A completed bounded-log component; the full candidate must actually use the correct runner.
#6317 · 3360154 Merged Stores duplicate evidence once and restores every original file exactly. Post-run archival component; it does not remove writes or checks from measured scientific execution.
#6321 · ca9d90e Merged Publishes the original cache source handoff, rejected integration and contributor tasks. This remains the canonical investigation thread; its old open-task descriptions are historical unless refreshed here.
#6326 · 90df75e Open, Ready Extracts bounded serialization and compares its output against the eager reference with retained controls. Small finite equality is established; representative full-caller performance is not.
#6328 · c95f76d Open, Ready Reuses one digest of the same bytes within one file-inventory call. Keeps every independent comparison and trust boundary; it is not a persistent validation cache.
#6332 · 85fa502 Open, Ready Adds authentic-input loading and a separate serializer output validator. Retains the first runtime authentication failure; source availability does not establish a successful full run.
#6335 · d34b84f Open, Ready Preserves serializer repairs, byte/framing arguments and exact timing-parser review history. Conditional source results and failed versions remain visible; no full runtime adoption is claimed.
#6339 · 608ad23 Merged unpaidmoon repairs the identity-format mismatch and cleanup that could replace the original error. A direct external contribution reused by later work; it did not cover all remaining rejection branches.
#6344 · 5778b35 Merged unpaidmoon checks the selected serializer files and shows why their identities alone do not close missing dependencies. An independent negative review, not an accepted execution environment.
#6346 · abff67b Open, Ready Builds on the external cleanup repair to retain raw errors and close descriptors independently. Finite helper/window controls and source checks, not complete production qualification.
#6347 · 5914043 Open, Ready Makes the limits of acquisition registration and raw-error delivery explicit. A conditional interpreter-boundary analysis; it is not a universal Python impossibility result.
#6351 · 1e9db2d Open, Ready Clarifies the actual error-preservation requirement and prevents unrelated accounting machinery becoming a new goal prerequisite. Preserves the intended scope while retaining authentic inputs, complete cleanup and cost accounting.
#6434 · edc2820 Open, Ready Keeps a capture failure primary through later cleanup, sync, close and accounting failures. Actual source paths have finite fixture evidence; the entire production campaign is a separate obligation.
Compiler inputs, source loading and startup prerequisites

These PRs identify what the compiler and startup path can read and how that evidence is tied to a source selection. Many deliberately establish a conditional component or a rejected route.

PR and inspected source GitHub state How it contributes Scope / remaining limit
#6352 · b280be8 Open, Ready Resolves which original startup entry and preflight checks the control campaign must use. Source-derived expectations are preserved; no complete campaign execution is established.
#6354 · b3771db Open, Ready Constructs exact source/command roots and ordered ordinary-header lookup prefixes. A conditional prerequisite; it does not derive the installed compiler's complete effective configuration.
#6358 · 84b0e70 Open, Ready Uses owned descriptors to distinguish missing paths, directories, regular files and unresolved links. A real namespace observation component, not a complete lifetime guarantee for compiler inputs.
#6362 · 120072d Open, Ready Adds compiler input-edge parsers, constructors and startup-control preparation components. Partial source/tooling work; original execution and complete input closure remain separate.
#6363 · a8cf650 Open, Ready Shows why a proposed startup-control prefix cannot use the unchanged parent/receiver interface. A concrete incompatibility result that prevents repeating that route unchanged.
#6364 · ea96ac0 Open, Ready Implements the selected compiler's exact ordered prefix traversal, including duplicate visits and boundary cases. A conditional search-order primitive, not effective runtime configuration.
#6365 · c069724 Open, Ready Keeps source locations, producer output and working-directory identity distinct. Avoids changing compiler arguments merely to make paths appear to share a root.
#6366 · 97dd394 Open, Ready Authenticates generated compiler configuration against the matching build and preserves guarded directives. Generated-source correspondence does not itself prove a live compiler's complete behavior.
#6367 · 234a650 Open, Ready Audits finite compiler-input coverage and the limits of a copied filesystem view. Retains the source-level obstruction and required admission conditions; no deployable mechanism is certified.
#6368 · 3a2d75a Open, Ready Checks an authenticated startup prefix and replaces a mutable environment literal with an equivalent immutable one. Pure source/data compatibility checks do not issue runtime authority.
#6369 · 190e63e Open, Ready Preserves a bounded startup supervisor and a separate failure-cleanup data accessor. A conditional source component with its earlier rejections retained; production completion is not claimed.
#6370 · e144f3b Open, Ready Recovers the exact missing project modules and their initialization order. Makes source review possible; recovering bytes is different from constructing a live capability.
#6371 · 8e772ea Open, Ready Authenticates all selected source buffers before initializing the startup entry. Conditional entry source and fixtures; genuine runtime preparation remains separate.
#6373 · b91c5c7 Open, Ready Connects the bounded startup caller and retains refusal/short-I/O controls. A source component and finite replay, not permission to run the full scientific caller.
#6374 · b02bfe3 Open, Ready Installs the startup dependency graph through owned directories in the required order. Tests preparation with inert inputs and does not launch the prepared output.
#6377 · 2a26450 Open, Ready Audits Linux and AppArmor channels and retains exact source and licensing evidence. The reviewed route stopped before an installer; no accepted deployable channel mechanism resulted.
#6379 · 48e99ca Open, Ready States the exact conditional kernel-random-data producer argument and its interruption boundaries. It does not turn separate writes into atomic or persistent memory equality.
#6397 · 0b3b5d9 Open, Ready Restores the original bounded compiler-input question and identifies the actual two-command consumer. A stronger universal enclosure is not silently imposed on every possible solution.
#6454 · e83090c Open, Ready Traces the compiler's library-executable prefix generator and build-phase selection. Separates source recipes from missing actual generated-build and runtime-property evidence.
#6476 · 44749c3 Open, Ready Rejects ambiguous executable-file mappings in literal discovery. Synthetic controls pass; no complete actual-compiler-image qualification is claimed.
#6549 · 928f2a9 Open, Ready Publishes a passive guard candidate and its finite fake-control results. Its extra assumptions do not discharge the original inline error-slot requirement.
Real caller assembly, resource accounting and evidence retention

These contributions move from detached helpers toward the original full caller and its complete evidence lifecycle.

PR and inspected source GitHub state How it contributes Scope / remaining limit
#6553 · 2906d56 Open, Ready Corrects the actual driver, producer-output root and producer ordering selected by the full parent. Preserves concrete unresolved interfaces instead of treating an incomplete source scan as a complete caller.
#6587 · 341824c Open, Ready Recovers missing full-caller receivers and project bodies and classifies their source-loading edges. Source availability is established; current runtime authority is not.
#6588 · ff7df83 Draft Prepares source-bound normal/optimized callers and records the later owner/bootstrap rejection. The draft remains an explicit qualification hold; earlier source components retain only their original scopes.
#6709 · 24417a3 Open, Ready Connects the manual resource-cost meter and once-only settlement of its own operation. Accounting-source implementation; a recorded operation is not automatically fully settled or admitted.
#6711 · b505c6c Open, Ready Adds the fixed pre-entry acquisition driver and records a genuine absent-state diagnostic. The observed refusal does not prove a clean execution history or authorize later initialization.
#6715 · dc34598 Open, Ready Publishes the adopted source graph, exact selections and accepted source-contract evidence. A source-adoption result, not fresh native execution or performance evidence.
#6732 · dd058d2 Open, Ready Makes the finite GNU-time observer contract and retained archive inputs readable. Specifies the observer subject without changing or qualifying an installed timing binary.
#6736 · 0f2a86f Open, Ready Completes the automatic-retention issuer/hook source contract across the connected owners. Accepted source behavior must still be used and qualified in an actual complete invocation.
#6744 · 1ac58a8 Open, Ready Exposes full baseline/candidate caller and criterion files that were previously inside a compressed source archive. Resolves review access; it does not change or requalify those computations.
#6752 · 57cd361 Open, Ready Assembles the complete adopted source payload and retains independent per-path readback. Complete source installation is distinct from native workload fit and scientific execution.
#6756 · 2818eb6 Open, Ready Makes the actual workload/resource records and adapter sources readable for review. Provides the inputs needed to close the bill; it does not itself establish numerical resource fit.
#6762 · 3bcf999 Open, Ready Adds complete-outcome closing alongside the existing truthful STOP/UNKNOWN path. Reviewed optional owner extension; genuine caller adoption and successful end-to-end closing are still required.

#6780 · a7903f7 Open, Ready Identifies the concrete filesystem metadata-confinement gap that a blanket policy would miss. A negative source result; it does not claim an observed compiler escape or universal impossibility.
#6818 · 1479ccf Open, Ready Preserves startup artifacts when optimized Python takes the original intended refusal path. A refusal stays a refusal rather than becoming a manufactured successful result.
#6819 · 65b0c1b Open, Ready Owns a private binary-format handler namespace so inherited handlers cannot retain an old interpreter. A source repair with mocked controls, not complete native environment qualification.
#6823 · f497188 Open, Ready Adds security-module, mount-topology and held-descriptor checks to native-view entry. A scoped native prerequisite; full proof and caller integration are separate.
#6830 · 39fcd67 Open, Ready Connects compiler-input observation, the actual loader/parent, supervisor, native view and strict receiver. The preservation argument has explicit OS/compiler/model conditions that must match the selected invocation.
#6837 · 92bd221 Open, Ready Exposes the genuine primary baseline and common-runner ancestry. Prevents substituting a later instrumented diagnostic for the original comparison baseline.
#6847 · efb1164 Open, Ready Preserves a lower inherited address-space limit in the primary baseline launcher. Repairs launch-limit selection without claiming the workload fits that limit.
#6862 · 47cf8c9 Open, Ready Implements a stopped waiting entry that the actual parent qualifies before releasing once. The initial detached source/role assembly and timer-error gaps are addressed by the successor below.
#6863 · c009a75 Open, Ready Assembles the real loader/bootstrap/caller chain and retains both timer-retirement errors in order. Ten source/fixture controls and a bounded Pro rereview support the repair; complete native qualification, comparison and retention remain open.
#6864 · c8f7bd5 Open, Ready Repairs the real association factory’s versioned loader selection and preserves the historical cwd at native launch; rebuilds the connected source/stage bindings. Five new tests per mode and exact 82-file readback support the two interfaces. The new source audit below demonstrates a post-reap numeric group-signal defect. Its connected correction is implemented in #6867; complete source qualification, baseline comparison, actual runtime/resource fit and successful CLOSE remain open.
#6866 · fcba647 Open, Ready Establishes a concrete post-reap process-group number reuse counterexample in the selected common runner and supplies an explicit connected repair plan. Primary-source argument only. The later connected correction and finite controls are in #6867; no complete source, runtime, comparison, resource or CLOSE credit.
#6867 · 319ea1c Open, Ready Installs retained-child signal-before-consuming-wait and primary-preserving actual lock retirement; rebuilds both complete recipes and caller/source pins. Fifteen plus eight distinct methods pass once per Python mode; run 42438937510, attempt 1: plan and onboarding success; replay skipped. Current source-binding reconciliation is accepted in the follow-up audit under original prospective premises. Actual runtime/native qualification, comparison, resource/funding and successful CLOSE remain open.
#6869 · 1144f0a Open, Ready Reconciles all current source/helper/driver/native bindings at exact #6867 head, with complete argument, certificate, 65 contexts and 66 current source leaves. Independent AI source review and root criterion/byte audit; no new controls, current-host/runtime qualification, primary comparison, resource fit or successful CLOSE. Separate remaining source criteria retain their own acceptance.
#6870 · b467aae Open, Ready Complete all-six source freeze and compatibility through actual construction/use/retirement, distinct modes and independent oracles. Original source-freeze criterion accepted; external installation and actual runtime/resource/comparison qualification remain open.
#6871 · 167b4f7 Open, Ready Genuine source-created cache/full-caller and retention consumers, through independent parent readback before release. Original consumer-source criterion accepted under genuine-entry premises; it does not construct that missing external entry or live runtime instance.
#6872 · 4e6c90a Open, Ready Concrete direct-literal guardian-command/configuration and enforced CAPTURE-policy cycles, challenged graph and closing route. Completed scoped obstruction audit. The reviewed literal launch remained obstructed; #6873 supplies the implemented successor. No universal SHA256 impossibility or correction at this old subject is claimed.
#6873 · ae7add4 Open, Ready Complete authenticated external entry and surviving native-descendant owner, reached caller, final-pin publication, source proof, separate AI review and exact-byte installation certificate. Complete source assembly/order and full source-stage gate independently accepted. Current runtime/native profiles, full controls, resource fit, original-primary comparison and successful CLOSE remain open.
Shared publication and CI support

These affect source availability and review plumbing. They do not make a scientific result true.

#5761 · ba8a9e6 Merged Ali Romman repairs stale assignment-test expectations while preserving historical and current routing coverage. Test-only CI support used by earlier replay work; production catalogue behavior is unchanged.
#6690 · aba156a Open, Ready ToikY tests whether a partial Git fetch can recover exact historical source blobs. A compatibility prototype; its proposed workflow changes are not production adoption.
#6699 · 42edc5d Open, Ready Limits automated planning fetches to the exact review-base history. A focused planning repair; unrelated registry replay failures remain explicit.
Scientific source context and adjacent independent audits

These are inputs or method references, not implementations of the current data-handling optimization. They are included so citations and other contributors' work are not mistaken for missing or adopted repairs.

#5811 · 33d7760 Merged Mason Hale's mathematical construction supplies an earlier exact word used by the precision checks. Scientific input context; it is not a verification-harness optimization.
#5819 · 05c15af Merged Ali Romman supplies source-bound amplification/error guards and independent forward/transpose checks. Defines scientific checks that performance work must preserve.
#5826 · d8d11b4 Merged Ali Romman extends the precision contract to additive copying and reset residuals. Scientific source and rejection fixtures retained by the exact-integer replay lineage.
#5830 · dd3ffe4 Merged Ali Romman supplies an optimized mathematical gauge word and its complete cost proof. A changed mathematical subject, not a timing gain for the verification harness.
#5838 · a7fe044 Merged Ali Romman proves completed-error bounds for that exact gauge word. Scientific precision context; its proof obligations are not replaced by faster evaluation.
#6030 · 772dd10 Merged DreamingOfClouds supplies the selected mathematical construction referenced by current source contracts. The present task preserves verification of the selected claims; it does not alter the selected result.
#6742 · eeab0fc Open, Ready ToikY independently compares complete flow/histogram outputs using separately written expected methods. Adjacent audit evidence and a useful validation method, not a current caller repair.
#6743 · db5bafd Open, Ready ToikY proves a bound for the pinned mathematical width policy. A separate mathematical result; green planning without replay is not scientific execution.
#6745 · 50027f6 Open, Ready ToikY shows that retained inline compiler guards can miss altered complete count outputs. Adjacent fault-coverage evidence reinforces keeping full independent output checks; it is not an adopted compiler-bootstrap repair.

Keeping this overview current

This comment is the stable overview; future updates will edit it in place after verified changes to the work, related PRs or blockers. Detailed earlier handoffs and failed evidence remain linked rather than overwritten. A progress update will say what changed, which exact evidence supports it, what remains open and where a contributor can begin. It will not replace a complete acceptance test with a PR count or internal completion percentage.

Individual PRs retain their own contributor, tool and source-specific attribution, including Ali Romman, unpaidmoon, Nick Petalas, ToikY, Mason Hale and DreamingOfClouds. This documentation update performs no scientific replay.
