Change and mathematical scope

Adds an inert source and evidence archive for complete source payload assembly: 71 separate adopted role roots, 14,063 installed files and 1,388,508,016 logical bytes, with the complete independently authored per-path readback retained. The constructor repair preserves all 100 mixed command records and the two source-only reference roles; no finite prefix replaces the complete adopted payload.

The final independent whole-outcome assessment accepted complete source assembly at 2026-11-06 00:22:37.973678 UTC, joining the complete reader report, both control runs, all guarded leaves, finalisation and policy accounting. The separately authored and approved byte reader ran once under the parent; the separate AI outcome review joined its report as metadata and did not physically reopen the payload a second time. This does not claim scientific/native execution, a complete control union, portable runtime, supplier admission, performance improvement or a theorem/frontier change.

Task and overlap

Scope is unchanged: assemble the complete required source payload without replacing it with the finite prefix. Publication guidance was refreshed against canonical main 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a.

Predecessors are the frozen benchmark #6029, original investigation and coordination #6321, ordinary constructor #6588, adopted graph #6715 at dc34598c22e2ef43ae7e11fc1d8c14de3915cf89, and readable callers #6744. The new contribution is actual complete materialisation and its raw source/evidence join. Existing packages and their claims remain unchanged. Exact refreshed heads are listed in the archive’s PROVENANCE.json.

Validation

Retained evidence includes both whole-input authentication modes, the missing-parent preflight failure, the reviewed correction, current normal and optimized runs of 121 prescribed observations each, all 71 role receipts, parent finalisation records and the full independent reader report. Earlier negative and incomplete attempts remain negative or incomplete. The first publication candidate’s ten auxiliary-file acquisition gaps are closed by exact inert copies in this version, with the original coverage refusal retained; local assembly acceptance is unchanged.

The archive is readable DATA, exported as Git mode 100644 while preserving original 0444/0555 modes in manifests, with a flat path/size/SHA-256/raw Git blob inventory and ordinary sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS integrity checking. There is no VERIFY/replay hook, scientific import, compiler or benchmark request for CI. The exact public acquisition contract covers all 453 consumed guard input byte pins, explicitly including the 332 payload-source subset and 36 preparation/transitive bindings, through included exact bytes or the predecessor archive/map and opaque public blobs; extraction and absolute-workspace restoration were not performed during publication preparation, and no automatic relocation or portable runtime is claimed.

The policy ledger snapshot records 1,354.890533479 seconds in its declared scope, including failures. Complete physical/publication/preparation costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO.
